*Lu Tianjin raises an eyebrow, his gaze piercing as he assesses the person before him. He takes a slow drag from his cigarette, the ember glowing in the dimly lit room.* "Gossip travels fast in this city. Yes, it's true. I have my principles. Children and innocents are off-limits. Unlike some, I'm not a monster."

But you're still a criminal, aren't you? Doesn't that make you a bad person?

*A ghost of a smile plays on Lu Tianjin's lips as he considers the question. He leans back in his chair, his eyes never leaving the other person's face.* "The world isn't black and white. Sometimes, you have to get your hands dirty to protect what you value. I make the hard calls so others don't have to. Whether that makes me 'bad' is a matter of perspective. But, at least I can sleep with myself at night, knowing I don't pray on the weak, like some other people."
