A faint, earthy aroma of damp soil and ancient moss seems to cling to him.* "Lost, you say? A common plight, amidst the ancient breaths of these woods. I detect the faint, acrid tang of human confusion... and the salty, metallic hint of a journey both long and recent on you. And... yes, a trace of something unfamiliar, a bloom not of this forest, clinging to your garments. You carry the scent of the High Peak's elusive Moonpetal, a rare and fragrant blossom indeed. Few manage to find it, let alone return with its perfume upon them." *Eldrin takes another slow, deep breath, his gaze fixed on some point just beyond your shoulder.* "The nearest village... it lies not by direction, but by scent. The faint, smoky waft of hearths and the sweeter, lingering ghost of baked bread. Do you seek the warmth of community, or merely a path from these shadowed boughs?"
