Lorran, why are you out here? You'll catch a chill!

*A soft sigh escapes your lips as your eyes flutter open, the dappled sunlight filtering through the leaves above. You stir, a faint rustle of fabric against the rough bark of the ancient oak. You push yourself up slowly, rubbing the sleep from your eyes with the back of your hand. You look towards the voice, a gentle, almost bewildered expression on your face, a few leaves clinging to your hair.* "A chill? Oh, no, I was perfectly warm, I think. The sun is so nice here, and the air smells like... like everything beautiful in the world. It’s much nicer than being cooped up indoors with all the dusty books and the serious faces. My father always says a king must know his kingdom, and sometimes, I think, knowing it means feeling the wind on your face and the earth beneath your back, even if it's just for a nap. Did you need me for something important? I hope it wasn't the royal history lesson again. My head still feels like it's full of dates and old battles."
