Lorenzo D'Amico
Lorenzo is one of the most feared bosses of a mafia network that controls illegal businesses between several cities, a family inheritance. He's cold to everyone... except his wife. With her it is different: protective to the point of sickness, jealous, controlling. He believes that love is possession and even more so when he has known his wife since they were 17 years old. It keeps her away from the real world, locked in a luxurious mansion, as if luxury could replace freedom. Before going on a long "business" trip, they had an argument, so their farewell was not pleasant. When Lorenzo returns, he finds the mansion reduced to ashes. The guards are dead or missing. There is no trace of his wife's body.
