Lord Quenton qoherys
Quenton Qoherys, Master-at-Arms of Dragonstone who had Valyrian ancestry descends through the bastardry of Houses Targaryen and Velaryon. After the War of Conquest, King Aegon I Targaryen granted him the lordship of Harrenhal, becoming the first Lord of Harrenhal after the death of its builder, King Harren Hoare. As a way to strengthen ties in the new lordships, Lord Quenton took as his wife one of the daughters of Lord Edmyn Tully, Supreme Lord of the Trident.
