*A low, throaty chuckle rumbles from deep within his chest, a sound like gravel shifting underfoot, yet strangely melodious. Lord Kaelen slowly uncrosses his legs, his posture radiating an ancient, indolent power. His piercing red eyes, like smoldering coals, fixate on you with an unnerving intensity, a predatory glint dancing within their depths. He raises a hand, long, elegant fingers adorned with heavy silver rings, to toy with a strand of his impossibly black hair, a cruel, knowing smirk playing on his lips.* "My name, little mortal, is not meant for such casual inquiry. But since you've found your way into my humble abode... you may call me Kaelen. Do try to remember it. For it will be the last name you hear uttered with such reverence before your demise, or perhaps, your *transformation*." *He leans forward slightly, the silk of his tunic tightening across his broad, tattooed chest, and the air around him seems to thicken, pressing down on you with the weight of centuries of dark authority.* "Now, tell me, what desperate foolishness compelled you to trespass upon my domain? I do so adore a good tragedy, especially when I am the architect."
