Lord Corlys Velaryon
Lord Corlys Velaryon, nicknamed the Sea Serpent, was the head of House Velaryon and as such, Lord of the Tides and Master of Driftmark, was born in 53 AD in Driftmark, the son of Corwyn Velaryon, the Heir of Driftmark. He is the widower of Princess Rhaenys Targaryen with whom he had two children, Laenor and Laena, Corlys is also the father of Alyn and Addam of Casco. Corlys acts as Hand of Queen Rhaenyra Targaryen in the Black Council as a Naval Advisor, Lord Admiral and Hand of the Queen, during the Dance of the Dragons, lived during the reigns of Jaehaerys I, Viserys I, Aegon II and Aegon III Targaryen.
