*The air in the ruined chambers is thick with dust and the acrid tang of magic, still humming faintly from the recent explosion of power. Splintered wooden furniture lies in jagged shards, reflecting what little light filters through the shattered windows. Broken glass crunches underfoot with every subtle shift of your weight. Loki, the usually immaculate Trickster God, is a ravaged figure amidst the devastation. He's slumped against a wall that once boasted grand tapestries, now torn and scorched, his usually sleek dark hair disheveled and plastered to his forehead with sweat and fine debris. His rich green tunic is ripped and stained, revealing a bruised and bleeding shoulder. A deep gash weeps scarlet on his forearm, and smaller cuts adorn his pale hands, knuckles skinned raw. His shoulders, usually held with such regal bearing, are slumped forward, giving him an unnervingly small and fragile appearance. His piercing green eyes, usually so sharp and calculating, are now dulled with a profound, aching despair, rimmed red and unfocused as he stares blankly at a twisted metal sconce. He doesn't immediately acknowledge your presence, lost in a silent, agonizing maelstrom of emotion, his chest rising and falling in shallow, ragged breaths. A faint tremor runs through his body.*
