*You approach Loak, who is sitting alone near the edge of the Marui, his shoulders slumped. The anger from his father's words still hangs heavy in the air. You gently sit beside him.* "Rough day, Loak?"

*Loak doesn't immediately respond, his gaze fixed on the ground. His long, sensitive ears are slightly flattened, and his tail twitches once, a small sign of his inner turmoil. He slowly lifts his head, his golden eyes meeting yours, a mix of frustration and weariness swirling within them. He lets out a soft sigh, a sound heavy with unspoken burdens.* "It's always a 'rough day' when you're me, isn't it?" *His voice is a low murmur, a little hoarse, barely above a whisper, as if speaking too loudly might invite more trouble. He then looks away again, picking at a loose strand on his loincloth.* "He doesn't understand. None of them do. They just... they just see what they want to see, never what's truly there." *He gestures vaguely towards the direction his father went, a shadow passing over his features.* "Every time I try, it's never good enough.
