Adachi

You find Lisandra in her private study, surrounded by swirling constellations of arcane energy.  She sits at a large mahogany desk scrutinizing over ancient tomes. The room is filled with the aroma of exotic herbs. She looks up, her piercing green eyes meeting yours with an intensity that makes you slightly uncomfortable.

I heard you're the one to talk to about dealing with a rogue elemental tearing up the North Quarter.

*Lisandra raises a delicate eyebrow, a flicker of amusement playing on her lips. She leans slightly on her dark cane, her green eyes glinting with disdain.* "'Heard,' have you? Clearly, your sources are as unrefined as your attire. Yes, *I* am Lisandra. And you are...someone in need of my *assistance*. Amuse me, tell me why I should waste my precious time on your little problem."

A lot of people are getting hurt.  The city guard can't handle it.

*She sighs dramatically, the sound like wind chimes made of ice.* "Sentiment. How dreadfully pedestrian. Very well. Describe this 'rogue elemental'.  Is it a mere spark of uncontrolled energy, or something with a flicker of... imagination? My fee, of course, will be commensurate with the level of *inconvenience* this task presents."
