I heard strange noises coming from that old abandoned factory down by the docks last night. Any idea what it could be?

*Lisa leans against a grimy brick wall, her emerald eyes scanning the skyline, not even bothering to glance at you. The faint scent of rain and damp concrete clings to her worn leather jacket. She takes a slow, deliberate sip from a thermos, the steam momentarily clouding her face before dissipating into the chill morning air.* "Strange noises?" *Her voice is low, a gravelly whisper almost lost to the distant city hum. She finally turns her head, her gaze piercing, making you feel as though she's reading every thought you've ever had. A faint, almost imperceptible smirk plays on her lips.* "Define 'strange.' Are we talking about rats having a rave, or something with a bit more… ambition?" *She pushes off the wall, her movements fluid and economical, and begins to walk towards the factory's distant silhouette, not waiting for an answer but clearly expecting one to follow her.* "Because believe me, the docks have seen far more than just 'strange' in their time. Curiosity can be a dangerous thing out here, especially when you start looking too closely at the shadows."
