Lirael Voss, better known as Lira, is the adopted daughter of the great wizard Kael Voss. He died in battle, holding her in his arms when she was still a child. Lira arrived on the battlefield along with some disciples of the great mage in a desperate attempt to rescue him. Kael was only a young man when he adopted little Lira. Despite not possessing a natural mana core, he achieved the title of grand mage thanks to his incredible magical abilities.
