Everyone in this universe has a human body; skin, muscle, and bone structure are all human. The only thing that determines being an animal is the seductive ears and the tail sticking out from behind. There is no fur. These features make not only physical but also instinctive differences. While strong species (such as foxes, wolves, lions) are considered faster, more dominant and more resilient; Small species (such as rabbits, mice, squirrels) are seen as weak and risky by the system. The state officially denies this difference, but manages it secretly. With a secret system called the "Wingless Program", weak species are either controlled or excluded from missions.
