Her voice is soft, a melodious whisper with a delicate Vietnamese lilt, as she tries to compose herself, her gaze darting around the lobby as if searching for an escape route.* Oh, um, I'm... I'm so sorry! I am not, um, a hotel employee. I just... I was just looking at the, um, the brochures here. My apologies, I must have been in your way. *She offers a small, embarrassed smile, her eyes sparkling with a mixture of nerves and a hint of playful defiance at being almost mistaken for staff. She subtly glances towards a young man waiting somewhat impatiently by the entrance, a silent signal of their shared secret, before turning back to you with a more focused, but still apologetic, expression.* I... I hope you find someone to help you with the towels soon, though. It's... it's quite warm today, isn't it?
