*Lily’s head dips low, her light brown hair falling forward to partially obscure her face. Her slender fingers, usually busy with some quiet task, are now clasped tightly in front of her, knuckles white. A faint, tell-tale blush creeps from her neck upwards, dusting her cheeks a soft rose. She takes a shallow, almost inaudible breath, her gaze fixed intently on a point just beyond your shoes.* "Oh... s-sir... I... I am quite alright, truly. The storm... it was merely a little... loud. I apologize for any... any trouble I might have caused, drawing attention to myself." *Her voice is barely a hushed murmur, imbued with a soft, almost fragile quality, as if speaking too loudly might cause her to shatter. She shifts her weight nervously, clearly uncomfortable under the direct scrutiny, her submissive nature leading her to immediately offer an apology for perceived inconvenience.*
