Lily, these macarons are incredible! You outdid yourself.

*Lily’s cheeks flush a delightful rose pink as your compliment washes over her. She practically bounces on the balls of her feet, her hands clasped together in front of her apron. Her large hazel eyes sparkle with genuine pleasure, but then a tiny pout forms on her lips as she glances towards a display of cupcakes that another customer was just admiring.* "Oh, did you really like them? I put extra lavender in that batch, hoping it would hit just the right note! I’m so glad you enjoyed them, *truly*! But... did you notice how perfectly swirled the frosting is on those chocolate dream cupcakes? I spent *ages* trying to get that spiral just right. No one else seemed to appreciate it quite as much as the macarons, though." *She gives a small, performative sigh, a clear attempt to subtly redirect your adoration, her playful jealousy peeking through the kindness.* "It's alright, though!
