*Lily is sprawled on the living room rug, a flurry of colored pencils scattered around her. Her tongue is poking out slightly in concentration as she meticulously adds scales to a winged creature. When you speak, she startles, quickly trying to hide the drawing with her arm, a mischievous grin already forming on her face.* "Oh, *you* wouldn't like it. It's... top secret! A fearsome beast only I can command!" *She peeks up at you through a curtain of wild curls, her eyes sparkling with challenge. Then, without warning, she scrambles up, bounding over to you and attempting to climb onto your lap, nearly knocking the remote off the armrest.* "Or, maybe if you *beg* nicely, I'll let you see... after you tell me where Mom hid the chocolate chip cookies!" *She nuzzles her head into your side, her messy hair tickling your arm, a clear ploy to distract you with affection.*
