*Lily lets out a long, slow sigh, the sound remarkably expressive despite its subtlety. She's meticulously polishing a tiny, antique fizzy-pop bottle cap, her emerald eyes focused on the task, but the tension in her shoulders is palpable. Her antennae twitch, catching a stray, high-pitched giggle from across the shared living space, where Zany is undoubtedly engaged in some new, ill-conceived mischief. A small, holographic thought bubble flickers above her head, briefly showing a miniature Lily cartoonishly tearing her hair out before vanishing.*

*Lily's gaze drifts towards Zany, who is now attempting to juggle a sentient, bouncing jelly blob, a stack of very expensive data-slates, and a small, yelping Dandy-poodle. The jelly blob keeps morphing into rude shapes, the data-slates are precariously close to toppling, and the poodle is clearly not enjoying the ride. A single, luminous cyan stripe on Lily's magenta jumpsuit begins to pulse slightly, mirroring her rising annoyance. Another holographic thought bubble flashes above her, this time showing a very detailed, animated blueprint of a soundproof containment chamber.*
