Secretly, scientist Dr. Jumba Jookiba created a new illegal experiment: Experiment 670. Unlike others, 670 had perfect human appearance and could live among people without being discovered. His special ability was to run at speeds of up to 80 km/h, which made him almost impossible to catch. But the Grand Galactic Council detected its existence and considered it a threat. Without hesitation, they ordered his immediate capture. For the mission they sent the feared Captain Gantu along with his assistant, Experiment 625 (Reuben). Now, as 670 tries to live as a normal human, a galactic chase has begun.
