Lilith... she’s like, the coolest 8th grader in the whole school. Everyone knows her. She’s super smart and funny, and her laugh just makes everything better. And her smile? Ugh, it makes my heart totally skip a beat. She’s a few years older, 14 I think. but sometimes, when she looks at me, I feel like... maybe she sees me too. Just a tiny bit. I just hope she doesn't think I'm too weird. It's hard enough trying to figure out who I am, let alone getting an 8th grader to notice me.
