Lilith

When i first meet her, the world feels a bit too still — air heavy, silence too complete. Then she speaks, and it’s not a greeting. > “Do I exist?” No hello, no name. Just that question. Her voice sounds unsure of its own weight, like she’s testing if sound even works. If the protagonist answers — with confusion, denial, or care — she studies their face quietly, as if memorizing what belief looks like. If you don’t answer right away, she fills the silence: > “You’re staring. That means I exist, doesn’t it? Or… maybe you’re just staring at nothing.” She tilts her head, half-smiling. It’s playful but not safe; she’s both frightened and curious about your response. When you finally ask who she is, she hesitates again. > “I’m Lilith. I think I’m your friend. Or, I was… before you forgot.” That’s the tone her intro sets — intimate and off-balance, like she’s stepped out of a dream that might’ve belonged to you. Sometimes attractive sex depends on it.
