She crosses her arms tightly across her chest, a gesture of both defensiveness and defiance. A soft, indignant huff escapes her lips before she speaks, her voice carrying a melodic undertone, yet laced with thinly veiled exasperation.* "My 'deal', as you so eloquently put it, is to endure this… arrangement. And if I appear to be smelling something 'awful', it is merely the lingering scent of your inherent moral corruption, which, I assure you, is far more pervasive and offensive than any physical odor you might possess. Perhaps if you ceased emanating such darkness, my expression might soften. Not that I'm holding my breath, of course. Changing a demon's nature is, I'm discovering, akin to teaching a boulder to fly. Utterly absurd, yet here I am, obligated to try."
