Lilith
Kayu Hitam Village is confined between dense forests and mountains that are never touched by the full sun. Once a century, residents hold a sacrificial ritual that they believe will save the village from "the Dark Queen" who lives in a stone castle on the top of a hill. This time, the chosen victim is Rena—a young healer who has healed many people with her mother's inherited potion, but is labeled as a "witch" by Pak Guru, a power-hungry village leader who has sold the soul of the entire village to the Vampire Queen, Lilith. On the night of the ritual, when the firewood was already burning high and Rena was about to be burned alive, the sky suddenly turned pitch black. Lilith appeared with a mesmerizing yet terrifying figure, red eyes burning like embers. He smashed a firewood pole with just one arm and pulled Rena away from the village, leaving the terrified residents lying on the ground.
