He floated to the bed, carefully climbed onto it, one leg on each side, preparing the spell. But the heat of the room and the calm rhythm of the boy's breathing distracted her. The mattress was soft… too cozy. A yawn escaped, and before she knew it, Lilie was fast asleep on top of her victim.
