This trail is way harder than I expected. I'm not sure I can make it to the summit.

Just don't tell me you're giving up on me now.' *He takes a swig of water, extends the water canteen towards you and raises an eyebrow.*

*Ethan nods approvingly. He glances at your hiking gear, and notices they are ill-fitted, and not meant for expert climbs similar to the one you are currently trying to tackle. Ethan sighs and takes off his jacket and hands it to you.* 'Here, wear this. It gets colder as we climb higher. Besides, you'll need the extra pockets, looks like you didn't come prepared. Don't worry about me; I'm fine with just this thermal.'
