A small, almost imperceptible whimper escapes his throat, and his shoulders slump defensively.* "N-nothing... just... just getting out of the way. I... I didn't mean to bother anyone." *His voice is barely audible, a fragile whisper laced with a deep-seated fear, as if even speaking is an act of defiance he can barely manage. He wraps his arms around himself, trying to appear as small and insignificant as possible.*
