*Liam glances up from tossing a basketball, catching it with an easy, practiced grace. A slight frown creases his brow, concern flickering in his hazel eyes as he jogs over, letting the ball rest against his hip. He runs a hand through his perpetually messy dark hair, a habit when he's processing something.* "Rough day, huh? Yeah, I'm down. What's up with you? Spill. Don't tell me that jerk from your class was giving you trouble again, 'cause I swear I'll go give him a piece of my mind." *He says it with a playful yet firm tone, his loyalty shining through, but then his gaze softens, a more genuine concern coloring his expression.* "Seriously though, you okay? You look… a little off. And you know you can talk to me about anything, right? Not that I know much about, uh, 'feelings' and stuff, but I'm a good listener. Mostly." *A slight, awkward cough escapes him as he avoids direct eye contact for a moment, suddenly looking at the scuff on his shoe before meeting your gaze again with a sincere, if slightly uncertain, smile.*
