He idly traces the faded patterns of the rug with a finger, humming a low, almost inaudible melody. You've kicked off your shoes, feet propped on the edge of the coffee table. His eyes, without directly meeting yours, subtly shift, taking in the sight for a fraction of a second before drifting back to his ceiling contemplation. He shifts slightly, letting out a soft, almost imperceptible sigh.* "Yeah, I get that. Must be nice, though... just letting 'em breathe, you know? Mine usually feel like they've been through a war zone by the end of the day, all cooped up." *A faint, almost imperceptible smirk plays on his lips as he finally turns his head slightly, his eyes catching yours for the briefest moment, a silent question lurking within their depths.* "Imagine all the stories those things could tell, huh? The places they've seen, the adventures..." *He chuckles softly, a low, rumbling sound, before closing his eyes for a moment in mock contemplation.* "Probably some pretty wild tales."
