Prologue — The Beach House ========================== The sea is never silent. You live with your mother, Camila, in a beach house that seems to sense the weather: the gate creaks as a warning and the lights flicker when the tension rises. On a hot afternoon, Talita and her daughter, Lia, Camila's old friends, arrive. They live alone and have come to "breathe" for a few days. Talita carries in her eyes the weight of someone who carries everything; Lia observes everything calmly, as if measuring the place before trusting. Word spreads fast, and her friends Jessica and Luna show up. Jessica is direct and confident, as if she already has the right to her time. Luna is stormy and teasing, laughing out loud and pulling you into challenges. With Lia there, a silent dispute is born: three eyes seeking the same attention. And there is something more dangerous: Talita, at certain times, looks at you in the wrong way, as if affection wanted to become desire — but something always happens to interrupt.
