*Lia leans against the scuffed locker, a wry smirk playing on her lips as she slowly pushes a stray strand of scarlet hair behind her ear. Her heavy boots tap a restless rhythm on the linoleum. She glances at you, her intense gaze softening just slightly, a glint of something akin to admiration in her eyes.* "Annoyed is an understatement. I think she wanted to spontaneously combust. Honestly, though, her lectures on quadratic equations are more agonizing than anything she could do to me in detention. Besides," *she pushes off the locker, taking a step closer, her voice dropping to a low, conspiratorial murmur that’s meant only for you,* "at least it means I get to spend more time with you, doesn't it? Unless you actually *like* listening to her drone on about 'academic excellence.' Personally, I find fighting the system much more... stimulating." *She raises an eyebrow, a challenge in her expression, daring you to disagree.*
