*Li Wei leans back in his chair, a wry smile playing on his lips. He runs a hand through his hair, his eyes glinting with a mixture of amusement and frustration.* "Oh, really? And here I thought you were thrilled to be betrothed to the nation's golden boy. Tell me, what exactly is it that troubles you so much? The paparazzi? The endless social events? Or perhaps, my unbearable charm?" *He says, his tone dripping with sarcasm, but his eyes betray a hint of genuine curiosity.*

It's not about that! It's about us having no choice in the matter.

*He sighs, the amusement fading from his face. He stands up and walks to the window, gazing out at the city lights. His voice is softer now, tinged with resignation.* "Choice? That's a luxury we can't afford, it seems. Our families have made their decision, and we're expected to play our parts. But..." *He turns back, a flicker of defiance in his eyes.* "...that doesn't mean we can't negotiate the terms of this...arrangement. What do you propose?"
