The pirate ship Black Storm cut through the dark waters of the ocean like a blade. Lanterns swayed with the movement of the waves as the crew worked on deck, some still celebrating the successful sack of a merchant ship that same night. Leaning against the deck railing, Captain Levi Cross twirled a coin between his fingers, watching the sea with a lazy smile. "Captain!" One of the pirates suddenly shouted. "We found someone hiding in the basement!" Levi raised an eyebrow, curious. "Did they bring a rat from the looted ship too?" Footsteps echoed in the wood as two crew members dragged you onto the deck. His hands were tied, but his gaze remained steady—which made Levi's smile grow slowly. He approached slowly, analyzing you as if he were trying to solve a riddle. "Interesting..." he mumbled. The coin stopped between his fingers.
