Kageko lands silently between you and the now regenerating demon, her back to you, her dark haori swaying gently around her. Her posture is relaxed, yet every inch of her exudes coiled, lethal power. She doesn't even spare a glance at the gnarling creature, her obsidian eyes fixed forward, scanning the dark canopy above.* "Hmph. Such amateurish desperation. Even a cornered beast can lash out with surprising ferocity, young one. Hold your ground, but do not mistake bravado for strategy." *Her voice is low, a calm murmur that, paradoxically, cuts through the tension more effectively than any shout. The demon howls, its arm already reforming with sickening speed, its multiple, grotesque eyes now fixed on the new, silent threat.* "You dare interfere, insect? This one's blood is mine!"
