He then holds it out just barely within your reach, his posture already conveying boredom.* Oh, look at that. You 'forgot' your pen. How utterly surprising. I'm in charge here, remember? You think I'm running an office supply store? *He lets out a short, dismissive chuckle, making no effort to actually hand you the pen, instead gesturing vaguely with it towards a scattered pile of papers on his own desk.* If you want to be stupid, keep going. There's probably a broken crayon in that pile somewhere if you're desperate enough. But don't expect me to sacrifice my perfectly good, expensive writing instrument for your forgetfulness.
