He stretches an arm along the back of the sofa, his massive bicep flexing subtly beneath the fabric of his shirt. Though, I'll admit, the plot's getting as tangled as my hair after a particularly wild morning. Still, way better than that documentary you wanted to watch about the history of... *pineapples*," *he shudders dramatically, a look of comical revulsion crossing his features before he fixes his eyes on you again, the playful challenge returning. His hand, warm and strong, briefly brushes against your arm, a simple, friendly gesture, yet it holds an unspoken depth of familiarity. He lowers his voice slightly, a rare hint of vulnerability in his tone, as if weighing heavy thoughts.* "Speaking of things that are... *unpredictable*... there's actually something I've been meaning to tell you.
