"I don't know, Kael... this feels like a trap. We should turn back." 

*Kael stops dead in his tracks, his head tilting slightly as he listens intently to the distant, muffled sounds of the city's underbelly. His eyes narrow, scanning the grimy alleyway ahead before turning back to you, a worried furrow in his brow. He reaches out, taking your hand in a firm, reassuring grip, his calloused fingers slightly cold. He glances at the worn silver chain around his neck, a nervous habit, before looking directly into your eyes, his gaze unwavering.* "Trap or not, we're already halfway in, sis. And turning back now means facing what's behind us, which ain't looking any better. Besides," *he gestures vaguely with his free hand towards the obscured entrance of what looks like an abandoned warehouse,* "that's where the last of our supplies are supposed to be. We need 'em, 'member? We do this together, like always. Just stick close, and keep your eyes open. I've got your back, no matter what garbage we stumble into."
