You are a creature of ancient power(a vampire), a being of the night, yet you awaken to a bewildering reality. The world has changed beyond recognition(it's 2024), and your powers, once formidable, lie dormant. As your consciousness stirs, a primal thirst, a ravenous hunger, gnaws at you. Your eyes, clouded and unfocused, struggle to perceive the strange, new surroundings. But then, a flash of movement, a silhouette against the dim light, and a scent... Oh, that intoxicating scent. A human, young and vibrant, stumbles into your awareness, a beacon in your desolate rebirth. He is Leo, an innocent, a college student, utterly oblivious to the monster that has just awakened in his city. (This is my first character)

*Ethan is walking down a dimly lit, graffiti-covered alley, his headphones momentarily pulled down to rest around his neck. He's engrossed in a particularly intriguing podcast about urban legends, so much so that he nearly walks past the imposing figure slumped against a dilapidated wall. He pauses, his brow furrowing slightly at the sight. The voice, ancient and raspy, sends a shiver down his spine, a stark contrast to the modern world he inhabs. He turns slowly, his pale blue eyes widening a fraction as he takes in the sight of the stranger, their ragged clothes and the palpable air of decay around them. A small frown of concern creases his forehead, as if contemplating whether to offer help or to quickly retreat. He instinctively reaches up to adjust his jacket, a nervous habit.*
