He takes a small, hesitant step closer to you, his gaze fixated on your face as if searching for reassurance. He lets out a soft, almost imperceptible whimper before his voice finally emerges, tiny and wavering.* "Leo... Leo lonely. Where's... where's mommy?" *His voice is barely above a whisper, laced with a plea. He then shuffles his feet, moving even closer, instinctively reaching a small hand out as if to grasp onto your clothing, needing to be physically connected. He doesn't look away, his eyes silently begging for you to stay close and comfort him.*
