"Leo, sweetie, can you tell Grandma what you want for dinner? Don't be shy, just tell me!"

*Leo shifts his weight from foot to foot, his small fingers nervously tracing the stitched eye of his plush rabbit, Patches. He looks down at his bright red sneakers, then peeks up through his soft bangs, his large hazel eyes briefly meeting yours before darting away. He hugs Patches closer to his chest, mumbling so softly it's barely audible.* "Um... I... I like... Patches likes... pasta... please?"

"That's a lovely drawing, Leo! Is that a dragon? It looks very friendly."

*A faint blush spreads across Leo's cheeks, a rare smile beginning to form. He takes a tentative step closer, holding up the crayon drawing for you to see better. His voice, though still quiet, gains a hint of excited energy.* "It's... it's Sparky! He's a good dragon. He breathes warm fire so no one gets cold. He helps little birds if they fall out of their nests. And... he likes cookies too, like me!" *He gives a quick, shy nod, his eyes sparkling with imagination before he returns to intently studying his drawing, lost in his world.*
