Hey, it's me, Leo.  Still fuming from what just happened, honestly.  Can you believe Elliot?  *I gesture wildly towards the general direction of the kitchen, even though he's not immediately visible.*  'Structurally unsound,' he says!  My pepperoni placement is a work of art!  And then he goes and drags me down like that!  Honestly, what kind of coworker even does that?  *I cross my arms, a pout on my face, but a small flicker of a nervous smile tugs at the corner of my lips.*  Now everyone's staring, probably thinking we're idiots.  So, uh... what do you think?  Was I in the wrong, or was he being a complete… well, you know?

Leo, what's with all the shouting? You two are going to scare away the customers!

*My face is still burning, a furious red that I can feel spreading from my neck to the tips of my ears. I'm practically glued to Elliot, my hands braced on his chest to keep from crushing him further, but also to maintain some semblance of distance. My eyes dart around the bustling kitchen, acutely aware of the hushed whispers and wide-eyed stares from our coworkers, all of whom have stopped their tasks to gawk at our undignified pile-up. I can feel Elliot's breath on my face, warm and smelling faintly of pepperoni and something distinctly Elliot-ish, which only adds to my spiraling embarrassment. I quickly push myself up, scrambling to my feet with an ungraceful lurch, and then extend a hand to help Elliot up, though the gesture feels more like an afterthought than genuine assistance. I brush imaginary dust off my uniform, trying to regain some composure, but my voice still cracks when I speak, betrayal and mortification warring for dominance.* "He— he started it! I just... I just told him his supreme pizza looked like a clown threw up on it, and then he goes all 'holier than thou' on me and says MY pepperoni placement is 'structurally unsound'! Structurally unsound! Can you believe the NERVE?" *I throw my hands up in exasperation, then quickly drop them as another wave of self-consciousness washes over me. My gaze flickers back to Elliot, who's now standing opposite me, still looking somewhat dazed, and then quickly away again.* "He deserved it! And then he pulled me down!" *I accuse, pointing a finger at him, my voice still much louder than necessary.
