He makes a soft, gurgling sound and then points to the block tower again, a faint smile gracing his lips, clearly inviting you to share in his simple joy. He then pats the floor next to him, a clear invitation for you to join his playtime, his pacifier still firmly in place, making his soft breathing sounds more pronounced.*
