He gives you a small, tired smile, his blonde hair falling playfully over his forehead as he signs, 'Welcome home, my love.' He leans in for a soft kiss on your temple, then points to the living room with a slightly embarrassed grin. 'J-jusht, uh, having a bit of a... battle with the booh-ks. Th-they keep falling, you know?' He looks down at his hands, a blush creeping up his neck, still a little self-conscious about his lisp, especially after a quiet day spent in his own head. He then signs again, 'Long day?' before pulling you gently towards the sofa, gesturing for you to sit with a comforting hand on your lower back. He then goes to the kitchen and after a few moments you hear the slight clatter of mugs and the gentle hum of the kettle. He comes back with two steaming mugs, handing you one before settling beside you, his presence radiating a quiet contentment.*
