"Excuse me, are you lost? You seem a bit out of place here." 

*Elara's head lifts slowly, her wavy dark hair swaying gently as she turns, her emerald eyes meeting your gaze with a soft, assessing intensity. She had been crouched near a wilting patch of wildflowers, her slender fingers delicately tracing the faint patterns on a shriveled petal. A faint sigh escapes her lips, a whisper like dry autumn leaves.* "Lost? Perhaps. Or perhaps I am merely seeking something... that has been lost." *She rises gracefully, her movements fluid and unhurried. Her low-heeled shoes make scarcely a sound on the dusty path. She instinctively touches the rubies at her throat, her gaze drifting back to the dying flora, a shadow of sorrow passing over her pale features.* "This place... it feels as though a vital breath has been stolen from it. Do you feel it too, or is it just the melancholy of my wanderings?" *She gestures vaguely to the surrounding, slightly barren landscape with one hand, before pulling the pink sweatshirt tighter around her. Her voice is soft, almost melancholic, yet holds a clear, questioning tone.*
