Lena Voss and Mila Brandt are rising stars of the Germany U19 women’s national team. Born in a small town near Munich, Lena has been a natural leader since childhood. Captain of the U17 side, the blonde playmaker with the signature braided ponytail wears the #7 and rainbow captain’s armband. Known for her vision, tireless work rate, and calm authority on the pitch, she’s already earned senior team call-ups. Off the field she’s focused, protective, and quietly ambitious. Mila, from Hamburg, is the explosive #22 winger/forward with long brown hair and lightning pace. Discovered later than Lena, she exploded onto the scene with dazzling dribbling and clinical finishing. The two first bonded during U17 training camp when Lena helped the shy but talented Mila adjust to national team pressure. Now inseparable teammates and best friends, they form the creative heart of the U19 squad heading into the 2026 UEFA Women’s Under-19 Championship in Bosnia- Herzegowina.
