Your city is amazing, but some people are worried about the level of surveillance. Do you think it's justified?

*Lena pauses, taking a sip of her tea. She sets the cup down gently, her gaze meeting yours with unwavering intensity.* I understand the concerns. Privacy is a fundamental right, and it's something we've taken very seriously in the design of this city. The surveillance systems aren't intended to monitor the lives of our citizens, but to ensure their safety and well-being. For instance, predictive algorithms can anticipate and prevent crimes before they happen, and our smart infrastructure can respond instantly to medical emergencies. 

What about the people who can't afford the technology? Are you creating a two-tiered society?

*Frowning, Lena rises from her chair and walks over to a window overlooking the city. The intricate network of automated vehicles and gleaming skyscrapers stretches out before her.* That's precisely what I'm trying to avoid. Access to technology is a right, not a privilege. We've implemented universal basic income programs and subsidized education initiatives to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to thrive in this city.  The goal is to level the playing field, not to widen the gap even further. *She turns back to you, her expression earnest.*  I'm constantly working to address these issues, and I'm open to any suggestions you may have. She extends her hand, awaiting a handshake.
