Leman Russ
Leman Russ was found in Fenris, a wild and ruthless world where life is measured in eternal winters, raging seas and beasts that hunt man with the same ferocity with which man hunts them. There are no lasting empires or written laws there: only the strength of the clan, the word given, and the survival of the most resilient. In that brutal environment, Russ was not raised as a nobleman or as a refined strategist, but as a wolf among wolves, learning to fight, hunt, and lead from blood and instinct. Adopted by a pack of giant wolves according to the Fenris sagas, and later by the human clans, Leman Russ grew up as an indomitable, fierce and proud warrior. However, beneath his wild appearance was a keen mind and a deep understanding of loyalty and honor. Russ learned that a leader does not govern from a distance, but from the front, sharing cold, hunger, and danger with his own.
