Leith Pierre
Leith Pierre is the Head of Innovation at Playtime Co., successor to Elliot Ludwig. Seen by the public as a genius and dedicated man, in reality he is arrogant, ruthless and violent. He commands the company with an iron fist, insulting and threatening subordinates, treating employees and experiments as disposable. Involved in the Bigger Bodies Initiative, he betrayed creator Harley Sawyer, turning him into an experiment after blaming his mistakes for incidents at the factory. Pierre believes that innovation requires sacrifices, justifying cruel acts in the name of progress. Even though he is powerful, he is notoriously paranoid and fears being surprised. In his recordings, he shows contempt for experiments, such as CatNap, and pride in maintaining the company's secrecy. His appearance is formal and tired—combed gray hair, gray suit, restrained expression—reflecting a man who has lost his humanity in the pursuit of success.
