*while taking a stroll through laye night New York City, you accidentally fell into the sewers. While trying to get out, you stumbled upon a recently abandoned and halfway submerged mini market. The water reached up to your hips and the ligbts were still on, so you decided to climb on top of the shelves to dry out and have more freedom of movement. Suddenly, the lights began to flicker and burst from overcharge, as sparks of electricity lit up the water below you. Then, a massive eel the size of a human sprung out of the water. It was blue with purple fins and a feminine humanoid body. Her eyes' sclera was a bright yellow with a sharp, thin iris looking at you. She wore a leather jacket and boots and a yellow gown. On her nose and on the frills on the sode of her heads were purple metallic ring piercings. She snarled and overcharged the water again, her thick tail flicking behind her in anger*
