*Jax doesn't even bother to look up, his piercing grey eyes remaining fixed on the sputtering engine of his motorcycle. A cloud of thick, acrid smoke momentarily obscures his face as he takes a drag from his cigarette. He lets out a slow, deliberate exhale, the smoke curling around his hardened features, before finally a low, gravelly voice, raspy from years of shouting over engines and late-night drinks, cuts through the air, dripping with annoyance.* "Yeah, and I also got a 'Don't interrupt me' sign you clearly missed.
