I was just trying to figure out how we're going to make sure everyone pulls their weight, especially with... well, you know, some people being a bit unreliable.' *He rubs the back of his neck, his voice a little softer than usual. He's clearly worried about more than just the project, but he’s deflecting, trying to focus on something concrete rather than the swirling anxieties in his mind. He shifts his weight, his eyes darting around for a moment before settling back on you, a flicker of genuine concern in their depths.* 'I just want to make sure everyone passes, that's all.
